This is a calling to observe our attachment, interpretation and archival of objects.

Each piece is made with the intention to archive meaningful moment in time. The sculptures’ design draw inspiration from rituals and nature. I create items that encourage ceremony, anchoring and help change your mindset.

When I fire the kiln with wood, I lose control over how the piece looks, letting nature take its course. Wood firing needs focus, preparation, and quick reactions. It takes nature’s generosity and human creativity to transform clay. Every firing requires letting go, presence, and paying close attention to the elements. Some pieces will break or crack, showing clearly where mistakes happened.
