Who is she?
Jac has built a career in hospitality, building teams and community, joining independent restaurants and hotels always at their growing stage.
With work and living experience in Barcelona, Paris, Bacalar, Mayan Riviera, Vancouver, Lyon, the Beaujolais Wine Valley and Chamonix. Jacqueline is now settled in Nantes discovering mom life and developing new recipes.
As a multi-disciplinary artist and creator; Jac is passionate about ceramics, she has been researching ancestral firing techniques for 6 years now and is creating experiences around ceramics and food.
The newest addition to her timetable is daily guided meditation and yoga practice. Soon there will be more to know about this!
