This website is operated by LAJACO Butter Blends. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LAJACO Butter Blends. LAJACO Butter Blends offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
The product
The products offered for sale are presented on the LAJACO Butter Blends website and are accompanied by a description. Presentation elements such as photographs and texts are not contractual. We retain the option to delete, modify and/or add products presented on the website.
Client obligations
The customer agrees to communicate to LAJACO Butter Blends the real information elements necessary for the realization of the sale as it is requested online as, his name, first name, address, telephone and e-mail valid. The customer is responsible for the consequences resulting from false or inaccurate information transmitted. Once the order has been placed, LAJACO Butter Blends sends the customer an e-mail confirming it. In a second step, it informs him/her of sending the products. Furthermore, the customer is liable for damages resulting from misuse or improper storage of the product(s) purchased.
Order
All orders are validated only after acceptance of payment by the customer. LAJACO Butter Blends reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the customer about a previous order or any other reasons in particular technical. The customer receives immediately after the validation of his order, an e-mail of confirmation mentioning all the elements of the order, surname, first name, address of delivery, products and quantities ordered, mode of delivery and the price. If the products are unavailable or the order cannot be processed, LAJACO Butter Blends will inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible. The customer will then be able to cancel his order and be reimbursed, if necessary, the sums already paid.
Price
The prices displayed on the website are in euros and include value added tax (VAT). The prices shown do not include shipping, delivery and other ancillary charges. The shipping and delivery costs will be indicated in the customer’s shopping cart, before the final validation of the order. Prices may be changed at any time, without notice and in particular in the event of a change in tax or economic data.
Payment
The entire payment must be made at the time of the order. On the site, the customer pays his order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Payments are secure. The online payment solution chosen by LAJACO Butter Blends is STRIPE and PAYPAL.
GUARANTEE
In accordance with articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-13 of the French Consumer Code, the customer benefits from a legal guarantee of conformity. Therefore, in case of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be exchanged or refunded. Given the characteristics of the products sold, LAJACO Butter Blends does not require the customer to return the non-compliant products. However, it is requested that the customer provide LAJACO Butter Blends with photographs demonstrating the alleged lack of conformity to the e-mail (info@eatlajaco.com). It is brought to the attention of the customer that the production workshop of the company LAJACO Butter Blends contains allergenic ingredients (nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds...) and ingredients that may contain traces of gluten, lactose... LAJACO Butter Blends cannot be held responsible for any complications and health problems caused by the consumption of the products available on the site.
In accordance with articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, the Customer also benefits from a legal guarantee of hidden defects. Therefore, if the products purchased contain hidden defects that make them unfit for consumption, the customer may request an exchange or refund. Given the characteristics of the products sold, LAJACO Butter Blends does not require the customer to return the non-compliant products. However, it is requested that the customer provide LAJACO Butter Blends with photos demonstrating the defect(s) invoked at (email address)
LAJACO Butter Blends may offer its customers, in case of non-compliance and/or hidden defects, a credit for an amount equivalent to the price of the product(s) concerned which could be used by the customer for any next order made on the site.
Litigation
In the event of a dispute arising out of the present contractual relationship, the parties undertake before any legal action to seek an amicable solution. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these general terms and conditions of sale will, in the absence of an amicable agreement, be brought before the competent French courts. The parties agree that these general conditions of sale are subject to the application of French law.
