Return policy

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of the ordered products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Returns are to be made in their original state and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, the customer is responsible. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company LAJACO Butter Blends will proceed to the refund of the paid sum, within 14 days following the notification of the customer’s request and via the same means of payment as that used at the time of the order.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

*The supply of goods made up according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

*The supply of goods liable to deteriorate or perish rapidly.

*The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

*The supply of perishable goods, manufactured in large quantities especially for a consumer.
